There are various orientations that are based on the needs of the human and their behavior. The top level should take into consideration the Maslows theory which can easily get a focus to motivate the individual by seeing the current needs of the consumers. The strategies that can be adopted by the managers are offering incentives, recognition and self-motivation. An incentive enhances the level of productivity and can work with the ability of an individual. An incentive comes in various ways like bonuses, perks and paid leave. Self-motivation is concerned with the person who is dedicated towards the work. There are various employers who attain the positive results if the employees are efficient towards their task and the activities.
